Questions we hear

Do I need an appointment?+

For a full hearing evaluation, yes. For repairs, supplies, and quick questions, walk right in or book a time, whichever suits you.

What does follow-up care cost?+

Nothing, for our patients. Everything after the fitting is included for as long as you own the hearing aids: check-ins, cleanings, adjustments, updates, and pairing help.

What about over-the-counter hearing aids, or AirPods?+

For mild hearing loss, over-the-counter devices and Apple's hearing features can be a reasonable place to start, and we're glad they get people thinking about hearing sooner. What they can't do is fit your specific hearing, your dexterity, and your life, or adjust with you over time. Bring in whatever you're using or considering and we'll give you an honest read.
